Tracking the Ebola Outbreak

The spread of the Ebola virus has devastated regions of West Africa, killing more than 3,400 people. The outbreak began in southeastern Guinea in March and has since spread to Liberia, Sierra Leone and Nigeria. The UN has deemed the outbreak international public health emergency, warning that containment of the deadly virus is crucial to our “collective health security”.
