Your TOTAL SLAVERY FOOTPRINT represents the number of forced laborers that were likely to be involved in creating and manufacturing the products you buy. This is determined based on information regarding the processes used to create these products as well as investigations of the countries in which these stages of production take place for known slave labor (within these specific processes.) This number is compiled from multiple individual product scores.

Passages: a common struggle for civil rights

In March, Tampa college student Phillip Michael Williams, Pinellas physical education coach Steve Wilson, and Gulfport recording artist Setpember Penn, traveled to Israel and the West Bank to participate in a series of performances of the play Passages of Martin Luther King. The trip was sponsored by the U.S. Department of State as part of its cultural diplomacy mission.

The Glory Days: Football in times of War

For everybody who thinks that history is boring…

Think again.

Glory Days- Football in Times of War is the brand new website from the Commonwealth War Graves Commission.

Glory Days was produced for the Commission by Sliced Bread Animation and is supported by the Premier League, Football Association, Football Foundation, Ministry of Defence and the Professional Footballers Association.

The website uses football as a lively and enjoyable means of engaging young people in the importance of Remembrance and the sacrifices made by professional footballers during the two world wars and features young England sensation Theo Walcott.
