Radiation leaked from an earthquake-crippled nuclear plant in Japan on Saturday after a blast blew off the roof, and authorities prepared to distribute iodine to local people to protect them from exposure.

I think that they should evacuate Tokyo altogether because there is too much radiation going around to begin with. Why try and rebuild a city when you know you are standing on ground zero trying to rebuild it?
