[Before & After] Automat Under Wraps
An automat at 611 West 181st Street, designed in 1930 by Louis Allen Abramson, was converted to a bank in 1978, and apparently the facade was covered at the time with a tight skin of panels. Today the space houses a Sleepy’s mattress store.
